Designed for motivated adults, this full-day intensive tennis camp offers a rare opportunity to train seriously while enjoying the exceptional setting of Club Med Kabira Ishigaki, one of Japan’s most exclusive resort destinations.
Over one immersive week, players follow a high-performance training program combining technical and tactical tennis work, physical conditioning, and mental preparation. Training is structured, demanding, and fully adapted to each participant’s level, with small groups to ensure individual attention and quality feedback.
Program Highlights
- 3 hours of tennis per day (up to 4 hours during peak periods), split into two daily sessions
- 1.5 hours of physical preparation per day
- 1 tactical session (1.5 hours)
- 1 mental performance session (1.5 hours)
Coaching is delivered by experienced international coaches using a goal-driven methodology inspired by professional tennis standards. The program is open to all profiles, from recreational players seeking structure to competitive players looking to raise their level.
At the end of the camp, each participant receives a personalized performance report with clear recommendations to continue progressing after their stay.
